Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

FORGE is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and also reach out to us at asmrslice13@gmail.com so we can assist you.

International Shipping

At this time, please refer to checkout for available international shipping destinations and rates. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
